Refunds are only given in the unlikely event that a psychologist becomes unavailable for a scheduled session
Your responsibility
You are responsible and accept liability for:
- Providing contact information for your GP
- Revealing any past and present medical conditions to the therapist before you start counselling
- Revealing any information about medication you are currently taking
- Seeking timely medical advice for any physical/mental condition
- Providing the therapist with accurate information
- Informing the therapist if there is a change in that information
