Service Description
This assessment looks at your behavioural profile. What gives you satisfaction, what you may be avoiding through fears, and how consistently your lifestyle reflects what is important and meaningful to you. This assessment is based on Acceptance and Commitment therapy principals grounded in behavioural psychology. You leave with a recorded session and meeting notes with action plan to improve your overall wellbeing. A session lasts up to an hour and half.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Full payment must be made 12 hours before your session time to confirm your session. Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of three working days' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This notice period excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Friday at 10:00 AM, please notify us of any changes by the preceding Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than three working days' notice, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, will incur the full session fee. This policy ensures that the reserved time can be offered to other clients in need. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible, and we may consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a high standard of care and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
